Q: No ink from two cartridges/no ink from one cartridge
Answer: Check whether the ink cartridge is normal
Check the cartridge nozzle for blockage and wipe the cartridge nozzle with a paper towel
Check whether the backplane at the back of the cartridge is red on. If no, check whether the cables connected to the backplane are loose
Check that all wires are plugged in properly
Switch the positions of the two ink cartridges to check whether the ink is not produced in the same position. If the ink is not produced in the same position, it may be the side plate/backplane/short line problem. If the ink is not produced in the same position, replace the new ink cartridge
